HOLLYWOOD, CA (Gosh!TV) 2013/12/26 – “The Simpsons is still controversial after all these years,” says The Simpsons creator Matt Groenig. The Simpsons, with a full orchestra and team of professional animators behind it, has grown more sophisticated than the rough sketches Groenig drew of the original characters. “If I went into the animation studio, Film Roman, in disguise and applied for the job and they gave me the test that you have to be able to draw the character, I wouldn’t pass the test.” What’s made the show endure is it continues to be funny.

“Judd Apatow, Leslie Mann, Paul Rudd and Seth Rogen have been looking for a project to do together for a long time,” says The Simpsons executive producer Matt Selman. “So we were happy to finally give them this opportunity.
