HOLLYWOOD, CA (Gosh!TV) 11/30/2010 – “I love lingerie and diamonds,” says Paris Hilton, one of the celebrities attending the Victoria’s Secret lingerie fashion show. “We’re focusing on the Miraculous Chantilly lace piece,” says Victoria’s Secret designer Todd Thomas who describes the fashions as “strong, biker chic.”
“It’s all about mixing sexy but still sweet,” says supermodel Candice Swanepoel. “There’s going to be a lot of leather and tatoos…tough, sexy girls.”
Katy Perry performs her new single “Firework” off Teenage Dream. Perry was nominated in 2009 for a Grammy Award for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for her hit single “I Kissed A Girl” and again in 2010 for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for her hit single “Hot ‘n’ Cold.” She recently released her follow-up album Teenage Dream which has two #1 hits, the title track and California Gurls. HOLLYWOOD, CA (Gosh!TV) 10/23/2010 - “I want women to touch my bags,” says EmberSkye owner-designer Amber Fair. “I want women to love my bags. My bags are statement pieces. They either have a lot of fringe or a lot of embellishment. I take it to a little bit of an extreme.”
EmberSkye launched in 2010, founded by Amber and Bonnie Fair. The collection is designed by Amber Fair and Chantel Brayley. Fair and Brayley are both graduates of the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising. “My friend Chantel Brayley designs the bags that are less embellished,’ says Fair. “Where Chantel would take one off, I don’t do that. I add one more. ‘Amber’, she says, ‘I think that’s too much’. And I say, it’s never too much.”
Celebrities who’ve discovered EmberSkye bags include Whitney Port, Fergie and Elvis Presley’s granddaughter Riley Keough. “I met Vanessa Hutchins,” says Fair. “She says she’s a fan of my bags. MALIBU, CA (Gosh!TV) 8/29/2010 – The Malibu Bluffs Park was the site of the 6th Annual Miss Malibu Pageant, which took place Saturday, August 21, 2010. Thirty-two contestants were part of this year’s competition.
Twenty-six year old Erin White was crowned Miss Malibu 2011. Erin graduated from the University of North Carolina with a sports medicine and pre-med degree. But, she really wants to be an Oscar-winning actress. Erin also wants one day live in another country, own a farm, skydive and change someone’s life through one of her many philanthropic commitments.
